It Takes More Than Theoretical Knowledge to Work

While stressing the fact that different people have different temperaments, the professor decided to use careers as an example. He had three students stand in front of the class and give a brief speech about what they would like to be. The first two though articulate, were not trying to convince anyone about their career choice. The third one was different. He used catchy phrases while talking and had everyone even the professor listening to every word he spoke. In no time, he had the class answering questions as if he had become their teacher. When he was through, the professor looked at the class and said, 'Now you have seen the kind of people who normally get a tamworth sales job.' He cited the fact that the student had everyone eating from his hand and therefore would easily convince a buyer to take the product he was selling. According to him, his temperament had to be a sanguine. These are the people who can laugh with you and cry with you all in the span of five minutes. When they are done, you are sold!
